General terms
1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online ticket sales platform available at https://tickets.kkilirija.com/platforma (hereinafter: the “Platform”).
The operator of the Platform is:

(hereinafter: the “Provider”).
By using the Platform and completing a purchase, the User confirms that they have read and agree to:
these General Terms and Conditions;
the Privacy Policy;
the Cookie Policy.
Before submitting an order, the User must tick the confirmation box:
“I agree to the General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.”
2. Subject of Business
The Platform enables the online purchase of tickets for events.
The purchase contract is concluded upon successful completion of payment.
3. Purchase Procedure
The purchase process consists of:
selecting an event;
selecting tickets;
entering the purchaser's details;
reviewing the order;
clicking the “Complete Purchase” button;
completing the payment;
receiving the electronic ticket.
The User is responsible for checking the accuracy of all information before completing the purchase.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Payment can be made using the payment methods displayed at the end of the purchase process.
5. Electronic Tickets
Tickets are delivered to the purchaser's email address.
Each ticket contains a unique identification code and is valid for a single entry only.
Copying or reselling tickets is not permitted.
6. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Once a purchase has been completed, the purchase price cannot be refunded.
In accordance with Article 135 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), consumers do not have the right to withdraw from contracts for services related to leisure activities where a specific date or period of performance is specified.
Tickets cannot be:
returned;
exchanged;
refunded.
In the event of cancellation of an event, the organiser may, at its own discretion, offer:
a refund;
an alternative date;
credit;
an exchange of tickets.
7. Changes to Events
The organiser reserves the right to:
change the date or time;
change the location;
change the programme;
cancel the event.
The Provider is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by visitors.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not responsible for:
internet connection failures;
technical issues on the User's side;
email service failures;
lost or stolen tickets;
errors or failures of third-party payment service providers.
9. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is protected by copyright, with WPM d.o.o. being the copyright holder.
11. Complaints and Disputes
Users may submit complaints to the postal address specified in Article 1 of these General Terms and Conditions.
The Provider will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably.
The laws of the Republic of Slovenia shall apply to all disputes.
The competent court in the Republic of Slovenia shall have jurisdiction.
12. Validity of the Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions shall apply as of 17 August 2026.
